Délais de traitement / Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note that tufting rugs are handcrafted items and may require additional preparation time of up to 7 business days.

Délais et tarifs de livraison / Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

France métropolitaine :

• Standard (Colissimo) : 3–5 jours ouvrés
• Express (Chronopost) : 1–2 jours ouvrés

Union Européenne :

• Standard : 5–10 jours ouvrés

International :

• Standard : 10–20 jours ouvrés

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Suivi de commande / Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Commandes perdues ou endommagées / Lost or Damaged Orders

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at [your contact email].

Droit de rétractation / Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
